Beautiful- perfecto- LOVE IT… so appetizing now. I would still love to see the (1) photograph showing a close
up slice s of brussel steamed, grilled, roasted and fried as a further development of your idea/ concept talked about in last blog/photo shoot of being able to use food but not having it very recognizable. more concept/abstract. Make sense?
Photo# 1 and #2 are wonderful…#3 could be used as a slice for photograph of all cooking techniques for Brussels
These Brussels sprouts look appetizing even though they are my least favorite food (after mushrooms).
This is why a food photographer is necessary to make food a pleasure-able experience–even food you might otherwise be adverse to.

My favorite shot is the one in the center – beautiful and it makes the Brussels sprouts look absolutely delicious!
